Do you really expect me to buy this crap? pull your head out, it's the sun that controls the climate.

Get your head out of your ass. You are an idiot.

Agree that global warming is caused by humans is an opinion or a theory not a fact.
128 days ago by John
While Global warming is, to an extent, semi-natural, the effect of it has been enhanced by humans.
121 days ago by Global Farce
Only in the opinion of some humans.
103 days ago by paul
I can agree with john there. it's not healthy to inhale car exhaust fumes so it cant be GOOD to put them in the air. but george carlin has to be right to...humans are so insignificant we cant actually be causing it all

Interesting you say this. Did you know who those "some humans" are? over 98% of the scientists who study global climate change. Interesting enough, Western Oil created a debate through a PR campaign so now 50% of Americans believe there is still a lot of debate in the scientific community, while in reality, there is little to none.

well...the scientific definition of "theory" is an idea currently borne along by observable facts...hmmm.

I'd like to talk to you about buying some "environmental public pressure business insurace" through the company I am chairman of, Generation Investment Management.

Wow! All it takes to end global warming is for all of mankind to cease to exist? Well, let's get going! I think all the "Man-made CO2 global warming" sheep should volunteer to go first. Say this with me "Solar flares cause brief climate changes, not infinitesimal amounts of man's CO2" The biggest source of greenhouse gas is, hold for it... water vapor! Let's begin the process immediately to ban water. It is our only hope to end this horrible travesty.

David Roberts of Gritmill thinks you should be put on a war crime trial for questioning global warming. How's that for sanity?

Hmm.. I just straight up believe not of this global warming crap. I remember when global warming used to be called the seasons or a storm... Other than that pretty interesting video, maybe I was too busy reading comments, but why did the human race die out when there were all those animals to eat?
161 days ago by po
It's purely hypothetical. Also, just ignore the global warming bit, the video is still interesting

the only reminders of humans are on the moon, *cough* fossils *cough*, other than that it's pretty good though

Nice one...

Tom. Most species never left any fossils at all, the infamous gaps the creationists are so happy about. Actually the amount of fossils is depressingly small. Chances are we'll never leave a fossil. Nasty cough btw...

satellites dont even last 50 years. you have to remember they are spiraling down to earth the day we put them into orbit, as an effect of the gravitational pull exerted on them by our planet.

omg volcanoes give out more co2 then we could ever do haha its called climate change ffs wow no wonder americans are retards. and as for its lasting only 70 years ermmmmmm yeahhhhhhhhh hahaha is this like a joke or somthing.

who the fuck are you, the last word on the world? You say americans are retards, but you post as LOL face. Baffling.

A mazing.

Americans led both the main research for global warming and the research for debunking it, your posting using no less than the service of several dozen American inventions, the most immediate to yourself being the internet.

a couple o' facts on global climate change: the earth has a natural cycle of 'hot' and 'cold' times that takes a really long time to complete. (not a problem this is nature)

116 days ago by Adam
Yes, the world goes through natural cycles of heating and cooling. Europe, in the Middle Ages, experienced a three hundred year period of extreme cold. Regardless of the earth's natural cycle, however, man does indeed have an impact. We are accelerating the process, not causing it. By accelerating the process we are speeding up nature and not allowing her to progress as she normally would.
88 days ago by Nope
Yes and when you stop on the ground in the USA someone in China will imperceptibly move a little. The point is a matter if scale, taken into consideration humans have next to zero impact on GW emissions. In fact the whole theory development was sparked by a volcano eruption in the 60's, the temp effect was measured by an MIT student and now for some reason people are blaming other people.

This narrator sounds like a guy who does some of the voicing on Elder Scrolls IV. I blame global warming on the liberals and pretty much anyone who enjoys art in general.

GW formulas can't even map the Earth's climate accurately. This is mostly due to one simple fact: Their formulas do not correctly interpret the fact that the Earth's atmosphere can't have infinite density. The newest formulas can and they show the threat we pose as a helluva lot less. They are not popular since they don't scare people into giving money. The new theory and formulas have been used to accurately model not only the Earth's climate for past/present/future, but Mars as well

Most any scientist will tell you that Science does not prove anything - it just gives you the better bet. Science only supports hypotheses. Or it doesn't. And even the hypotheses that don't pan out have something to teach us about what we know and what think we know.

It won't happen this way. Pure speculation.

A fascinating postulation on the erosive power of nature. I rather like seeing an "apocalyptic" vision, if you will, without the assumed apocalypse.

Bullshit... but interesting! (I like science fiction)

Good video - is this going to become reality? I doubt it. This is likely cyclical. We are powerless - Mother Nature will prevail in the long-run . . . Volcanoes, Earthquakes, Weather, Insects, and Microbes will ultimately determine the survival of the human species. I'm an optimist - but yet a realist. Only time will tell what the future truly holds . . .
76 days ago by We will live on!
Well put it this way, transgenetics have already begun and had been applied to selected animals, I don't see why the human race won't last forever... well maybe it's be called human2 for modified species, but the modification will allow us to live on.

I SO-O-O-O-O-O want this to happen. Maybe it's just the wine talking; maybe it's just the aftermath of a family holiday; but I'm coming increasingly to the conclusion that humans are the fundamental problem facing the planet; and that for all the joy, beauty, creativity and delight that we sometimes bring, we are basically a pathogen, a destroyer. Without us, the Earth would be a prettier, healthier, more diverse, more flippin' functional place.
