He is a graffiti artist from buenos aires named blu.He does tons of amazing work all of which(as far as i know)is illegal.people there just dont see young talent and stamp it out like we do in the states.

Everything I've done in life is a failure! I wonder where this was filmed. To have access to that much wallspace where you can devote that much time without being hassled. Maybe it was commissioned but I sorta doubt it... 1 guys that was awesome.
